14-day money-back guarantee

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date, subject to the conditions below. To request a refund, email info@microdosinginstitute.com with your order number.

Digital products (courses and workshop replays)

Courses and workshop replays are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee: if a product is not the right fit, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you. (Under EU consumer law, the automatic 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content normally ends once access begins; this guarantee is offered voluntarily, in addition to your statutory rights.) If something is wrong (duplicate charge, broken access, wrong item), contact us at any time and we will fix it or refund you.

Live coaching, consultations and discovery calls

You can reschedule a booked session up to 48 hours beforehand at no cost. Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows, are non-refundable. Unused sessions in a package are valid for 6 months from purchase. The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to sessions you have not yet attended.

Programmes (6-Week Immersive, Facilitator Program)

Deposits, including the Facilitator Program deposit, are non-refundable, as they reserve your place. Full programme fees are refundable up to 14 days before the start date, minus any deposit. Within 14 days of the start date, programme fees are non-refundable.
