By using the store and buying our products, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store. The store is operated by Microdosing Institute B.V., De Rijckplein 8, 3231 CA Brielle, the Netherlands (KvK 80671691).

Products
We sell digital products and services: video courses, workshop replays, live online coaching and consultations, and programmes. Access to digital products is provided through the email address you give at checkout. Live sessions are scheduled separately.

Licence and use
When you buy a course or workshop, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access that content for your own use. You may not share, copy, redistribute or resell the content or login access.

Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euro (EUR) and may include or exclude VAT as indicated at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of purchase through our payment providers.

Acceptable use and nature of the content
Our content is educational. It is not medical advice and does not encourage illegal activity. Your use of the information is at your own risk. See the Disclaimer.

Intellectual property
All content (videos, text, materials, branding) is owned by Microdosing Institute B.V. or its licensors and is protected by copyright.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the store or content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
